All prices are inclusive of Florida Sales Tax (currently 12%). The GBP price is subject to change depending on the exchange rate.
For 2018 bookings, the price for 7 nights is £1,900/$2,400, prices for 2019 on application.
For single nights, the price is £300/$360 with a minimum stay of 3 nights. NB. a seperate cleaning charge of £190/$220 is payable for short stays of less than 5 nights.
Pool heat is available at £38/$42 per day (recommended between November and March).
Bookings for stays lasting longer than 3 weeks are very welcome and a discount will be available.
A refundable security deposit is required of £250/$300.
Terms and Conditions
Deposit - if your booking is made at least 8 weeks prior to your stay then a deposit of 20% will required to secure the booking. This deposit is non-refundable but is taken off the final invoice. For bookings less than 8 weeks prior to your stay, the full amount is payable with the booking.
Payment - the full cost of your booking must be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Internet use - no-one using the internet facility provided will:
Commit or encourage a criminal offence
Send proactively, receive, upload, download, use or re-use any information or material which is offensive, abusive, indecent, defamatory, obscene or menacing, or in breach of confidence, copyright, privacy or any other rights.
Do anything, which is contrary to the acceptable use policies of any connected networks and Internet standards.
Insert or knowingly or recklessly transmit or distribute a virus.
Smoking of any kind (including e-cigarettes) is not permitted inside the villa under any circumstances.
Pets - Only Disability service dogs are permitted by prior approval. No other animals of any kind are permitted on the property.
Party Size - Florida State Law prohibits subletting, sharing or assigning. Therefore only the persons named on the Booking Form are allowed to stay in the house, any persons not shown on the Booking Form will be asked to leave. The villa contains a floor plan, which clearly states the maximum occupancy level.
Liability - The Owners and the management company do not accept any liability whatsoever for death, personal injury, accidents, loss or damage to persons or personal belongings however caused as a result of the use of the villa including the pool and spa. It is the responsibility of an adult member of the party to ensure that children are always properly supervised when in the pool, spa and surrounding area. The child safety net is not to be removed when there are young children or non-swimmers using the pool area.
The owners and the management company cannot accept any liability for any loss of rental time due to travel problems, flight delays or cancellations, industrial disputes or any events outside our control, including any form of Force Majeure. We strongly recommend that you take out adequate travel insurance for all members of your party.
Alarm System - The alarm system must be activated at all times when the property is left unoccupied during your stay. The alarm system is monitored and if you cause a false alarm we reserve the right to deduct a callout charge from the security deposit if we are charged for false alarm event.
Disability Equipment - The equipment is available for the sole use of our guests with disabilities, please do not use the equipment unless needed.
All Disability equipment is used entirely at your own risk. Clear instructions and manuals are provided but if anything is unclear, please contact the management company who will be happy to explain or demonstate how to use each piece of equipment
It is essential that the weight limit for each piece of equipment is not exceeded.
All equipment is serviced according to the manufacturers recommendations. The management company will hold details of equipment suppliers and emergency engineers.
There is a manually operated, mobile hoist available in the event of a failure of the main equipment or during prolonged failure of mains electricity. Failures due to incorrect usage or overloading of the equipment will be chargeable.
In the unlikely event of a failure please notify the management company as soon as possible.
Slings for the hoists are NOT provided, please bring your own.
Security Deposit - we require a security deposit of £250 ($300) at the time of the final payment, to cover against any costs incurred for additional services, missing items, or any damage caused during your stay. Any damage or loss must be reported to the management company as soon as it occurs. The security deposit will be returned to you no more than 20 days following departure, provided there are no deductions required.
Noise - Greendale Villa is situated in a quiet community which consists of both residential and vacation homes, we therefore request that out of respect for your neighbours, noise is kept to an absolute minimum between the hours of 10 p.m. & 8 a.m.
